Pastor Kenny and Faye McCoy Welcome You to Lighthouse Assembly of God
Lighthouse is a church where the lost are being saved, believers are being baptized in the Holy Spirit, missions, evangelism, and compassion are priorities, and discipleship and worship are our way of life.
Faye and I have been part of this congregation since 1990, when we were stationed at Cherry Point. After a few months I was deployed along with most of the men of the church to the Persian Gulf for Desert Storm during that time I began my ministry studies through Berean College and Global University, of the Assemblies of God. We received orders to Parris Island for a tour of duty from 1992 – 1994, and have been with Lighthouse since we returned in 1994. After receiving credentials from the Assemblies of God in 1998, we felt like this was where we were to stay, and in 2005 I received my first appointment as pastor, and continued in the pursuit for ordination with the Assemblies of God through the NCDC School of Ministry. I was Ordained July 31, 2007.
